a) Identification and contact details

Name and surname (if provided), email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country/language.

b) Enquiry or booking data (Acuity Scheduling)

Service (fishing charter or boat trip), duration, number of people, dates, messages or preferences, and any information you include during the booking process.
Where provided, we may also process a child’s age or other information relevant to safety.

c) Payment and billing data

If you make an online payment, it is processed via PayPal and, in the future, Stripe may also be enabled.
We do not store full card details; payment processing is handled by the payment providers.

d) Technical data (website, translation and cookies)

IP address, browser/device information and browsing data. In addition, when using the Weglot translation service, technical information may be processed to provide content in multiple languages. The use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookies Policy.

  • Acuity Scheduling (booking management)
